Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gear
Ensure all stabilizers, weights, and dampers are in their original packaging and show no signs of mounting or use in the field.
Ship to RamRods
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our quality control facility for inspection.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
